• Winemaker Pete Seghesio learned the art of crafting salumi from his grandparents – Italian farmers who settled in Northern California's Sonoma Valley. Today, Seghesio's Journeyman Meat Co. celebrates the family heritage using classic Italian techniques and the abundance of the local area. The company's salumi and spreads are hand prepared using the finest, slow-aged heritage pork, traditional recipes and innovative seasonings.
