WHY WE LOVE IT

• Winemaker Pete Seghesio learned the art of crafting salumi from his grandparents – Italian farmers who settled in Northern California's Sonoma Valley. Today, Seghesio's Journeyman Meat Co. celebrates the family heritage using classic Italian techniques and the abundance of the local area. Hand prepared using pasture-raised, richly marbled heritage pork, the company's bacon is slowly wet-cured and smoked over Pinot Noir barrel staves. This collection includes four delicious flavors to enjoy for breakfast, on sandwiches or in your favorite recipes.
