Why We Love It

• Fleur de sel – which translates as "flower of salt" – has been gathered on the island of Ré, off France's Atlantic coast, since the seventh century. Our version features fine, light flakes that have a delicate flavor and high concentration of minerals. The flakes dissolve quickly when sprinkled on food, making this the perfect finishing salt.
