Why We Love It

• These umami-packed delicacies are the richest, most flavorful anchovies we've ever tasted. Sourced from Europe's first and only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery, they're wild-caught in the Cantabrian Sea. The fillets are semi-preserved using an artisanal salt-curing method, then hand packed in organic extra-virgin olive oil at a family-owned cannery.
