We like this sweater so much that we're about to get a little technical on you: this fair isle pattern is a float back jacquard that's made on a circle yoke, which ensures the pattern stays true and circular. We chose two colors of tonal yarn so the sweater turned out a little on the modern side (as opposed to the super contrasty colors your grandma might have). Top-dyed melange yarn knit together in what we call a pineapple stitch (expertly called so because it looks like the outside of a pineapple). Knit with a chainette construction so it retains airiness while holding in warmth (without adding weight). Charis (best hair in the office/city), is 5'10 and wears an Extra Small.
