• With the encouragement of the future King Edward VII, Madame Charbonnel of Paris and Mrs. Walker of London opened their first confection shop in 1875. The company's tradition of elegant couverture chocolates continues to this day. Inspired by espresso martinis, these truffles feature silken white chocolate ganache centers infused with aromatic coffee, effervescent Marc de Champagne and a splash of vodka. They're covered in dark chocolate, embellished with white swirls and nestled in a handcrafted box for gift-giving.
