The Di Camillo family has baked authentic Italian bread and pastries in upstate New York since 1920. The first deliveries were made by horse-drawn wagons, and while those are no longer in use, you can still get the company's signature focaccia delivered right to your door. Baked fresh using classic ingredients and the secret family recipe, the tender bread is rolled by hand, topped with creamy onions, seasoned with oregano and salt, and baked to a delicately crisp, golden finish.
