SECOLARI is an artisan olive oil and vinegar tasting room located in the heart of Bethesda Row. The store specializes in the sale of 14 different types of extra-virgin and flavored olive oils exclusively from California producers. Its single varietal and blended olive oils are all certified “extra-virgin” by the California Olive Oil Council.  The store also offers 8 different types of vinegars and balsamics, 64 flavored pastas and orzo, including a line of Gluten-free pastas, organic bath and beauty products, chocolates, sauces, Gluten-free tapenades and spreads as well as imported olive wood serving ware and works of local artists. All products are sourced only after a personal visit to the particular producer to assure each product is of the highest possible quality and offers an extraordinary culinary or personal experience.
