Well, the name says it all. The popular Baja-inspired family-friendly taqueria that serves up some of the area’s best fish (plus other meats and veggies, too) tacos is opening in Summer 2018. We can’t wait for dishes like Blackened Fish with chile lime sauce, cabbage, and pineapple-chile relish; Carnitas Street Tacos; and Elote (charred corn on the cob) appetizer with Cotija cheese, guajillo, and signature sauce.
Owner Francis Namin says, “Our food is rooted in traditional flavors inspired by various regions including Baja, California, Mexico and the Southwest.” We embrace local, seasonal and authentic ingredients presented simply, yet prepared with passion and precision.”
We’ll take one of everything. And a frozen margarita.
