Start off spring with a French Classics Cooking Class at Mon Ami Gabi! Presenting a three-course how-to of signature seasonal dishes: Spring Pea Soup with Asparagus and Minted Crème Fraîche, Branzino with Parisienne Gnocchi and a Fennel Velouté, and Almond Meringue Cookies with Rhubarb Compote and Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert. Learn the essentials of DIY invitations at Paper Source! In this workshop* you will gain understanding of paper types, printer compatibility and the anatomy of an invitation suite. After laying the foundation with these requisites, explore a wide range of card design techniques in a hands-on crafting session. This time will include stamping, heat embossing, digital cutting, letterpress and more. In addition, find out how to create a complete, polished look with simple details like envelope liners, fine paper sashes and envelope addressing tips. You will leave the class with all of your practice pieces and guidance on how to apply the methods from this workshop in different ways to get the style you want. [Price $20)
