Join Executive Chef Andrew Fleischauer for an interactive dinner featuring five-courses showcasing fresh produce and ingredients from Westmoreland Berry Farm, Liberty Tree Farms and Earth N Eats Farm. Enjoy Chilled Peach Soup, Fried Zucchini with fresh tomato sauce and basil purée, Pan-Seared Virginia Rockfish, Hanger Steak and more, finishing with Peach-Raspberry Cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Sip on a variety of French wines as you talk with Chef Andrew, as well as featured farmers who will join you for dinner to answer any questions you may have about the carefully sourced and crafted dinner.
